Wendy's customer service was SPOT ON! Not only did she help me modify the neckline of my dress, but she also answered every question perfectly and in a VERY timely manner! I was so worried about ordering my wedding dress online, but Wendy really helped put my mind at ease. I ordered my dress as one of their "Made-To-Measure" options, and other than it being too long in the shoulders (I'm freakishly small built), the dress fit PERFECTLY, and turned out better than I imagined! It was also shipped out to me about 4 weeks earlier than estimated. If you are worried about quality, when I took this dress to the tailor to get the shoulders taken up, the entire appointment she talked about how it was the best made wedding dress she had seen. When my friends start searching for their dresses, I'm sending them to Ieie's!
