HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

We understand that it is not easy to pick the perfect dress for your special day, and sometimes you might change your mind. However, all our orders, either customised items or standard items, are made-to-order items. Once the production has begun, the material cannot be recycled. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind within a certain period. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

1. Unpaid orders

All the unpaid orders would be cancelled automatically 30 days after you place the order.

2. Paid orders

If you cancel the order after the beginning of production, your refund is calculated based on the production hours.

A notification will be sent to the email address provided with your order when your dress is in the production phase. Generally, we will initiate production within 12 hours of receiving your payment. (Learn more about our order process)

* Rush fee will not be refunded after 72 hours upon notification of production.

* Other Fees include Shipping Fee, Shipping Insurance, and Estimated Tax.

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
