We will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned product, but the original shipping fee will be deducted.


RETURN PROCESS OVERVIEW:


Step 1. Return Application: 14 Days Post-Delivery:

Email support@junebridals-service.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.


Step 2. Ship Your Return (Within 7 Days of Approval):

Fill out the return form and include it in your returned parcel.

Ship the item(s) back to us by using a trackable shipping method (USPS, Canada Post, etc. ).

Share the tracking number with us via email.


Step 3. Inspections and Refund:

The item must be unworn, unaltered, in its original condition, with tags attached, and the yellow anti-disassembly seal intact. We process refunds after inspecting the returned item(s). 


Step 4. Refund Processing Time:

Bank processing typically takes 7-14 days after we initiate the refund. 
The specific processing time is subject to the bank's processing progress.


EXCEPTIONS


1. All customized items do not qualify for return or exchange.

2. All personal care items (including lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale. Due to hygiene issues, there are no returns or exchanges.

3. Custom duties and taxes charged by your government are non-refundable.

4. Rush Fee of $29.99, Shipping Insurance of $0.99, or Express Shipping of $5.99 is non-refundable.

5. All accessories are non-refundable, including veils, headpieces, jewellery, handbags, wraps, garters, anklets, gloves, petticoats, belts & sashes, garment bags, etc.


*IMPORTANT NOTES*


1. Made-to-Order & Sizing: Dresses are crafted specifically for your order. Carefully review size charts before ordering. We cannot accept returns for fit issues if the dress matches your ordered specifications. Resizing is possible locally at your expense (seams include 1 inch for alterations). Significant sizing errors may prevent alteration.

2. Custom Sizes: Non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Confirm measurements using our guide. Contact us within 48 hours of ordering for size changes.

3. Order Confirmation: Double-check color & size & style before payment. Returns for ordering the wrong color/size/style are not supported.

4. Item Condition: Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Items failing this inspection will be refused.

5. Buy-Many-Keep-One Policy: Each dress is uniquely crafted for you and cannot be restocked. Therefore, we do not accept "buy-many-keep-one" orders to reduce environmental waste and resource consumption. Once your order is confirmed, we assume that all items are essential to you and strictly adhere to our return and refund policy.


EXCHANGE


Since we have no off-the-rack item(s), we don’t do exchanges. You may return your purchase and reorder online.


CLARIFICATION


Color Disobedience: Although we attempt to represent the colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your end will 100% match those of actual finished products. The tone of lights, Photoshop work of displayed pictures, and different settings of device monitors and screens may cause slight color discrepancies.   

Fitting Issues: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn, the finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailoring team will leave the extra fabric in the seams for alteration.
