Custom Dresses

Customized Size, Color, or Style

Each custom dress is created specifically for your body measurements and preferences. This means your dress is specially made just for you, and cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns for custom dresses unless there is a quality issue.

Fit Support — We’ve Got You Covered

To help achieve the best possible fit, our dresses are crafted with extra fabric in the seams to allow for easy adjustments. As each piece is handmade, measurements may vary by up to approximately one inch. This added flexibility makes it easier to tailor the dress to your perfect fit.


If It’s Not a Perfect Fit

Care Tips for Handmade Dresses

Our dresses are meticulously handcrafted by experienced tailors and made to order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for your order. As such, we cannot accept returns for fit issues if the dress matches your ordered specifications—local alterations are recommended (seams include a 1-inch allowance), though significant sizing errors may limit alterability. To reduce waste and honor the craftsmanship behind every order, we also do not accommodate “buy many, keep one” practices; once your order is confirmed, all items are considered essential to you, and our return policy is strictly applied accordingly.

Due to the handmade process, minor and removable imperfections may occasionally occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade garments and do not affect the overall quality or wearability of the dress. In most cases, they can be easily resolved at home.

Below are some simple tips to help you care for your dress:

Occasionally, small loose threads may appear.

You can carefully trim them with scissors—please do so gently to avoid damaging the fabric.

Dresses may develop wrinkles during shipping.

You can use a steamer or iron to smooth them out. For dresses with beads or embroidery, we recommend ironing from the inside (reverse side) to protect delicate details.

Some dresses may have faint marks from water-soluble tailoring pens.

These can be easily removed by gently dabbing or rinsing with clean water, or by using a hair dryer on a low setting.

Certain fabrics may have a slight odor due to the dyeing process.

To remove it, you may soak the dress in clean water with a small amount of white vinegar and milk for about 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.



Issues with Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that appears defective, damaged, or incorrect, please take clear photos of the item and its original packaging.

This will help us review your case promptly and provide the best possible solution, whether it’s a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
