We hope every customer gets what they are expecting! Just in case you are not satisfied with our item(s), please read our return policy below carefullly. When your order meets the return policy, we’ve made the return & refund process easy for you!
We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product (The round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refund) if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Request return approval by contacting our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The item(s) must be returned in its original condition with the yellow anti-disassembly plastic seal on.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1: Please send us an email at support@junebridals-service.com with your Order ID within 14 days upon receipt of your package. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.
Step 2: Please find the return address and a return form to fill in, and go to a local post office and ship out the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return approval. UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping services are not accepted. Please email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.
Step 3: We will process your refund as soon as your package is delivered and inspected at our facility. It takes 8-10 days for banks to process our refund request.
Note*:
1. Our dresses are made-to-order. Please carefully review the specific measurements for each size before placing your order and select the size that best fits you. Please understand that items that do not fit properly but follow the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. If resizing is needed, you may seek a local tailoring service at your own expense. Please be aware that significant deviations between your order specifications and your actual sizing may prevent resizing. Our tailoring team includes an extra inch of fabric in the seams for alterations.
2. Custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Before ordering, please consult our measuring guidance for accurate sizing. If you require a size change, kindly contact us via email within 48 hours of placing your order.
3. Please confirm your order before payment, if you ask for a refund or exchange due to purchasing the wrong color or style, it will not be supported.
4. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached. The return will not be accepted if these defects are detected.
5. Buy-Many-Keep-One: Each of our made-to-order dresses is crafted uniquely for you, making them exclusive to your order. Unfortunately, if returned, these dresses cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we do not accept "buy-many-keep-one" orders to reduce environmental waste and resource consumption. Once your order is confirmed, we assume that all items are essential to you and strictly adhere to our return and refund policy.
EXCEPTIONS
1. All customized items do not qualify for return or exchange, and neither do gifts.
2. All personal care items (including lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale. Due to hygiene issues, there are no returns/exchanges.
3. Custom duty charged by your government will not be refunded.
4. Rush fee of $29.99 or $5.99 is non-refundable.
5. All accessories are non-refundable. Including veils, headpieces, jewelleries, handbags, wraps, garters, anklets, gloves, petticoats, belts & sashes, garment bags, etc.
EXCHANGE
Since we have no off-the-rack items we don’t do exchanges, you may return your purchase and reorder online.
CLARIFICATION
Color Disobedience: Although we attempt to represent the colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your end will 100% match those of actual finished products. The tone of lights, photoshop work of displayed pictures, and different settings of device monitors and screens may cause slight color disobedience.
Fitting Issues: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn, the finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailoring team will leave the extra fabric in the seams for alteration.
