I really love the dress and the shop. First, the dress: it is elegant. It has multiple layers of soft fabric that allows it to move and flow freely. It's extremely comfortable and beautiful. It's well made and proportioned. I also went to a nearby bridal shop and tried on dresses, but they were too stiff and heavy and 3 times the price. Second about the shop: the customer service is fantastic. There was a problem with the shipment. I contacted the owner, and she responded right away, offering a variety of helpful solutions. She really cared about my satisfaction and happiness and resolved it to my satisfaction. During the ordering process I was also able to request customizations to the dress. I can
