"It took me a while to come around to this dress. I bought it having never tried on a wedding dress in a store before, and at first I was very worried (I should mention here that I have a very curvy, hard-to-fit figure, and I chose a backless dress -- probably my first mistake). My second mistake was not getting professionally measured. I ended up with a dress which barely fit over my thighs, and gaped weirdly around the bust. I bought a sticky bra, which to my shock, actually worked on my DDDs, and helped the top fit better, although I'm guessing I'll still have to use a little body tape.

Since I got engaged in January 2015, I have been on the lookout of the perfect dress at the right price.
